Because the payment-provider transition is currently being prepared, payment processor details are confirmed from the actual payment screen and receipt.

  • When you contact Support: email, inquiry content, (if needed) order number, payment provider details, attachments/screenshots (if you submit them)
  • When confirming PRO access: email and order number (needed for payment verification and access guidance)
  • Access logs (automatic): IP address (may be partially masked), browser/device information, request time, error logs (for security and operations)

  • Providing PRO access guidance and confirming payment
  • Handling customer support (Support) and responding to inquiries
  • Preventing misuse, security, and service stability (e.g. rate limiting, error analysis)

We retain personal information for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purpose, and may delete or anonymize it after that within a reasonable scope.

  • Support inquiries: minimum period needed after resolution and for dispute/accounting purposes
  • Access confirmation information: period needed to provide access and prevent misuse
  • Where the law requires retention, we follow the statutory period.

The following third-party services may be involved in operating the service.

  • Payment processing: when payments resume, the third-party payment provider shown on the actual payment screen and receipt may process purchaser email, payment information, and order number.
  • Hosting/transmission: Cloudflare (site hosting, security, logs/cache, etc.)

Payment information entered during payment (such as card data) is processed directly by the payment provider; the service does not store that sensitive payment information.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information via Support. Some requests may be limited for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
