1. Refund rules by product type
(A) Digital templates (one-time digital goods)
- Refunds may be limited after digital files or access guidance has been provided.
- Duplicate charges, payment errors, or technical failures where access guidance was never provided may be reviewed through Support.
(B) Subscription newsletter (PRO, etc.)
- Cancellation or refund availability for period-based materials is reviewed based on the payment screen, usage period, and access-provision status.
- We do not state that an automatic billing product is currently operated. If automatic billing is introduced, we will provide a separate notice.
(C) Custom research
- Refunds may be available before work such as research, organization, or drafting has started.
- After actual work has started, refunds may be limited.

/en/support/contact.html). - Include your order number, the email used for purchase, and payment provider details as shown on the payment screen.
- Let us know the request type (template, subscription, or custom research) to help us process it.
3. Payment and refund processing
Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. If a refund is available, it is usually reflected to the original payment method and may take several days. Specific timing follows the payment screen, receipt, and that provider's policy.
