📋 Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-10

Summary: ADHD Evidence and ADHD Evidence PRO provide document templates and checklists for education and information. This site does not provide medical advice (diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment instructions). New payments and access guidance are currently being prepared for a payment-provider transition.

description 1. Service and products

This service is operated by ADHD Evidence (the "operator").

ADHD Evidence (the "Service") provides ADHD-related information and materials in card and document form. ADHD Evidence PRO ("PRO") grants purchasers access to additional templates, checklists, and document tools.

  • PRO is digital content (documents/templates).
  • The Service does not provide on-site community features (comments, forums, or login). Community may be linked from external platforms.

Materials in the Service and PRO are for education and information. They do not replace diagnosis, consultation, or treatment by a qualified health professional.

  • We do not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment instructions.
  • Outcomes vary. Materials are tools to support decisions, record-keeping, organization, and communication—not a single "correct" answer.
  • If you are in urgent danger (to yourself or others), contact local emergency services or a nearby medical or crisis service immediately.

PRO access may be activated through an order-confirmation process separately provided after payments resume. Guidance on public pages does not mean that purchasing has reopened or that access guidance has been finalized.

  • If order confirmation is needed, we may ask for your email, order number, and the provider information shown on the payment screen.
  • We recommend that you do not share issued access links or guidance with third parties.
  • Access may be restricted if misuse is suspected.

payment 4. Payments (MoR) and taxes

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Currency, tax, and receipt information shown during payment follow the actual payment screen and that provider's policies. Payment links are not published before the provider transition is complete.

replay 5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund Policy or the criteria shown during payment. Digital products may have limited refund eligibility, and actual handling is reviewed based on order status and provider policy.

  • Duplicate charges, payment errors, and access issues are addressed through support first.
  • Detailed refund rules are as stated in the Refund Policy.

block 6. Prohibited conduct

  • Copying, redistributing, or reselling Service materials without authorization
  • Illegal use or attempts to compromise systems or security
  • Sharing others' personal or payment information

copyright 7. Intellectual property

Rights in text, templates, designs, and other materials in the Service and PRO belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders. You may use them only within personal use as permitted.

gavel 8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for actions you take or outcomes that result from using these materials. You understand that materials may not fit every personal situation.

We may change these terms for operations, legal, or policy reasons. When we do, we will show the update date on this page.
